Seven years ago I started shooting boudoir. More than anything, I wanted to focus my photography career on empowering women through self-love and intimate portraiture. It’s been almost a year now since I opened my own studio in downtown Worcester. I do have a few weddings left for 2018, and I will miss my wedding clients so much – but I am happy to announce that the direction and focus of my career will be on boudoir moving forward.
I’m also excited to be back to blogging. So hang tight and check-in often!
The pedals slipped from under his feet, but he regained his balance and kept pushing forward. A couple of scuffs on his knees, a scratch or two here and there, but I could still see it. His pride, bright and shining from his flushed, determined face as he pedaled. Wobbly at first, and smoother as he continued practicing.
My 7-year old. A little older than most, but still. A bike rider at last.
Andy ran alongside him, motivating and keeping him focused on the task at hand.
A little to the left, now the right.
Dodging rocks, potholes, and sticks in his path, he rode. Up and down the rail trail, confidently navigating the dirt, teetering from side to side on two wheels. A skill finally learned.
On cold winter days, I love nothing more than cuddling up on the couch and watching a movie. Today, I’m sharing 5 of my favorite wedding movies!!
5. The Wedding Date
Debra Messing hires an escort to be her date at her sisters wedding to make an ex jealous. An oldie but a goodie!
4. Wedding Crashers
I’m always wondering if their are any guys like these at the weddings I shoot! A good old bromance between Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson as they crash their way through weddings to meet women.
3. Bride Wars
Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway are best friends who get engaged and plan their weddings together, but not everything goes to plan.
2. My Big Fat Greek Wedding
An all time fave, this movie has so many one-liners and has me cracking up every time I watch it.
1. Father of the Bride
Classic father/daughter love portrayed by Steve Martin and Kimberly Williams. This one is (and probably always will be) my favorite feel-good, go-to wedding movie.
OMG, today marks my 100th Blog Post since the switch to the new site last year. I am sooo excited to be sharing so much content online. A huge shout out to all of the folks that continue to follow and support me on my journey.
I couldn’t be more thankful to be doing what I love!
