Seriously. Most of the women you see in my portfolio walked in telling me some version of the same thing:
“I'm awkward.”
“I have no idea how to pose.”
“I've never done anything like this.”
Good. That's my job.
I’ll tell you where to put your hands, what to do with your face, where to look, how to breathe, and yes, I will demonstrate the ridiculous poses myself.
You just have to trust me a little.
Show up exactly as you are. Seriously.
We'll get you settled in, get a drink in your hand, and then my hair and makeup artist takes over. While you're getting glammed up, we'll talk wardrobe, dig into the client closet, and plan the looks that feel the most you.
No rushing. No figuring it out on your own.
This is the part everyone thinks they're going to be terrible at. 😂
You don't need to know how to pose, where to look, or what to do with your hands. I'll direct you through every single thing- from your fingertips to your facial expression, and yes, I'll get down on the floor and demonstrate it myself.
You just follow me.
And then you see them.
This is usually where some combination of laughing, staring at the screen, swearing, and “THAT'S ME?!” happens.
We'll go through your images together and choose the ones you can't live without.
Your photos deserve better than disappearing into your camera roll.
We'll turn your favorites into something you can actually hold, keep, hide in your nightstand, put on your wall- or pull out whenever you need a reminder that yes, you really did that.
