This Dartmouth College wedding was one of the most fun and laid back weddings ever. Abbe + James met at Dartmouth during their undergrad years and began dating. After graduating, they moved to New York to pursue their careers. During a ski trip at Dartmouth’s Moosilauke Ravine Lodge, James proposed to Abbe. So it’s really no surprise that the couple felt strong roots towards their alma mater and wanted to celebrate where it all began.

Abbe + James had a very sweet first look on campus inside the Sanborn Library. We walked around campus for a few minutes, grabbing some photos of the two of them before heading over to BEMA. If you’ve never been to Dartmouth, I highly suggest checking it out. The campus is absolutely stunning, and the area is extremely refreshing. BEMA is an area on the Dartmouth Campus. It’s a beautiful woody and grassy quiet space set back from the main buildings. A perfect space for a wedding.

Friends from all over the country came to celebrate Abbe + James this past August. They are such a well-loved couple, which was evident in the heartfelt words spoken by their parents and friends at the reception.
