If you’re a friend on Facebook, you might know that on Friday nights, Andy and I will have a dance party in our kitchen. We listen to EVERYTHING- our Pandora subscription (I can’t stand commercials) has 64 stations, and we are constantly adding to it.

Friday nights are special.

For most of us, it’s the end of the work week. Andy and I started making it a celebratory day YEARS ago, back when we lived on the second floor of a three-family house in the South End of Springfield. When we bought our house, we continued the celebration. On warm summer nights, it expands outside in the yard. I’m not saying that during the week we don’t dance, because believe me, WE DO.

But Friday’s we celebrate.

So if you’re feeling good tonight, turn up the music,
grab a drink, throw away all of your inhibitions, and dance.
